Placing an Order
All online orders are run through a secure server. If you would prefer to place an order by phone, please call our customer service desk at: 1-757-689-4367 (ask for someone in the golf ball division). Our office is open 9-5 Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You can also email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@golfballsandaccessories.com.

Shipping & Handling
During your checkout process, you will be able to choose from real time UPS shipping rates, depending on your location and the speed of your delivery request (i.e. ground versus next day). The exact shipping rate will be shown and added to your total before the final checkout. Because we ship all of our packages via UPS, which is an outside company, we are unable to guarantee time and date of delivery.

Currently, we only ship to states within the continental United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii).

Rush Orders
Please note that if you are choosing a shipping option such as Next Day, 2nd Day, etc, you must place your order before 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday or your order will go out on the following business day.

Guarantee - Return Policy
We are proud to offer a "No Problem!" Money Back Guarantee (on orders within the continental United States only). In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 5 days. Upon receipt of the product we will credit back your purchase fee (less our initial shipping charges). Credit will only be issued on properly returned, unused items within five (5) business days of receipt.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia (5%). All other states are tax-exempt.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously. When you place an order with us, we will request your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date. We consider this information to be private, and keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. This information will ONLY be used for limited purposes of processing your orders, notifying you of special offers that may be of interest to you. We will not share or sell our customer information with anyone.
